MKDBS believes that identification of the problems as well as policy presentations for their solution depend upon the level of understanding of the development concept, accuracy of the data base and the degree of the sophistication with which analytical tools are used. So MKDBS follows bottom up development processes discuses any kind of issues, problem and agenda in connection with the development activities with the staffs. Everybody allowed to share and exchange their views and opinion free and fearlessly.  The organization follows the following methodology/Strategies 

• To establish relationship with Government and non- government organizations and to confirm their given facilities in mission families.
• Having targeted a small village there is only intention for creation sensitization and activation of all people of that the purpose of environment consenting to that village and confirm the supply of various materials to mould the village into environment concern. On the other hand, there shall have to pay heed to that direction so that they expand on production socially having not been encouraged in using credit enjoyable or individualistic productions.
• To build-up durable and permanent methods in case of getting economic facilities to the purpose of sustainability in income enhancement of activities to the mission related families in the same village.
• To confirm essential enhancement of skillful technical cooperation in the field of success of there adopted income enhancement of activities.
• To develop social, political, cultural as well as human development related activities in mission families.
