Execution & Management of the organization
Project Management
Project staff members are appointed and organized for project implementation. Typically, for each project, a Project Implementation Committee is established, comprising staff, Executive Committee (EC) members, and project participants (where feasible). This committee conducts monthly meetings to review progress, identify shortcomings, and make decisions to enhance implementation. Additionally, a Purchase Committee is formed for each project to procure necessary materials. Monitoring, internal evaluation, and audit committees are also established for each project to conduct internal audits, semi-annual evaluations, and quarterly monitoring.
All staff members are held accountable to their immediate supervisors. The organizational structure for each project typically includes an Executive Director, Program Director, Field Coordinator, Upazila/Thana Manager, Supervisor, Field Staff, and Group Cadres/Leaders. Each individual is responsible and answerable to their immediate supervisor.
Staff members participate in monthly meetings to assess project performance, identify challenges, and collectively devise solutions through sharing and discussion.
Financial policy of the organization
MKDBS possesses the financial capacity to execute various development programs. Funds received from various sources for organizational purposes are deposited into a bank account.
